What We're Reading: DASH OF DAN!

As the holidays approach we're finding ourselves craving more and more of those signature treats that make us feel right at home! Dash of Dan is a deliciously charming cooking and personality blog by Daniel, a native New Yorker, who's passion for sweet treats shines through in this adorable blog!

Umm...HOW CUTE ARE THE CARTOON COOKIES?!

Daniel, who is currently working at a bakery in the Essex Street Market, has a knack for making his sweet concoctions fairly simple to make and extremely satisfying to eat!
And for those of you that (like us) can be completely CLUELESS when it comes to cooking at times, don't you worry! Daniel has been gracious enough to include a "Baking 101" guide that seems to have been written for the inexperienced college cooks that love to make goodies, but often times come out with a burned baking pan (wah wah wahhhh).

What we really love about Daniel's blog though is the personality he includes with his tips and tricks of baking! There is a sense of familiarity with following his blog, and often time we LOVE to see what is inspiring him. Often times it is posts about Hilary Clinton, Martha Stewart, and Madonna. Basically there is something for everyone on this sweet blog!
