October 6th: Love animals and Halloween? Visit the Bronx Zoo for Boo at the Zoo, held every weekend in October. Hay mazes and pumpkin painting are some of the activities offered.
This Week in the City catch the Columbus Day Parade on Fifth Avenue from 44th to 72nd St. on Monday October 14 (aka Columbus Day). There will be marching bands, floats, and performances.
