Ciao FIT boys! READY FOR SPRING BREAK?! I know your struggle when it comes to selecting the right swimwear for our tropical (or just as fabulous poolside) getaways this Spring Break, but do not fret! There are options, and many of them, for every man and body type out there!

One of the biggest challenges for guys at FIT is usually selecting their preferred style, color, and very often fit. A few companies have been able to produce great swimwear this Spring/Summer seaon in plenty of options for you, my top choices are 2(x)ist Swim, Hugo Boss Swim and Paul Smith Swim.
Each one of my 3 brand choices has either made fantastic swimwear in great styles, colors, or offer great value for signature swimwear!
For my personal Spring Break, I selected from the
debut 2(x)ist swim collection for many reasons. The brand itself is famous for it's underwear fit and quality, and for it's fashion forward styling. It's no surprise the swimwear debut is also a knockout with a variety of signature fits such as the Ibiza, Rio, Hampton, Maui, and Cabo fits (cute names don't you think!)
The line ranges in price from $40 for it's Swim Henley Tank, to $135 for the Seersucker Hampton Swim Short. You will find every color of the rainbow, and every fit imaginable, it's a one stop shop for those with an outgoing personality who want to make a statement on the beach this spring/summer!
There are those men at FIT though who would like something a little less outrageous for their beach getaways, and Boss by Hugo Boss has great toned-down, but not styled-down options for you. And with prices as low as $49 you cannot go wrong with their collection! The Boss collection gives you the traditional styles of American swimwear, with the updated fabrics and colors of today. Try the "lobster" swim trunk for the loose fit of a swim short, but the fashionable lenth and color options of today!
Lastly we have a collection that I think is encompassing the best of today's trends with keeping the traditional menswear approach to swimwear. Paul Smith has a swimwear line for spring/summer 12 that adds a punch of creativity to classic fits for the beach! Whether you like things micro mini to really show off that hot bod, maybe a good bright trunk to show off your bod while not showing off all those "goods" or the classic long short with a great print so you still stand out on the sand, Paul Smith has it all!
Good luck to all you guys this Spring Break season, and the safe bet for this summer will definitely be the Core Rio Brief from 2(x)ist and MY personal selection! Priced at $70 and made from top quality swim knit fabric, the signature logo is on the waistband with a touch of a gold "X" to really let boys where you are coming from!
