Calvin Klein Collection Fall 2013

Calvin Klein's Ready-to-Wear for Fall 2013 was "a collection based on coats" said Francisco Costa, the Creative Director of Calvin Klein Collection; indeed that's exactly what it was. Almost each piece that made its way down the runaway was a different take on an oversized jacket, all completed with a large, chunky belt that cinched each models waist. Costa's inspiration for the "military-inspired coats" came from Andrei Tarkovsky's film, Ivan's Childhood

This dress is extremely militaristic, and I love everything about it.

Love this! It looks so warm! I'd wear this, especially in the city where it's been very cold!

Most of the collection consisted of leather pieces in colors like black, dark green, and blue, with some pieces in white.

Did you like Calvin Klein's Collection for Fall 2013? If not, why?
