Throughout the semester, our FITSA Board has planned some
pretty amazing activities for us, from football games to olive picking and
potluck dinners. With the end of the semester drawing near, FITSA planned a
Saturday brunch for the students at Ganzo, a restaurant in Santa Croce (the
concept of brunch over here does not exist). Ganzo is primarily a cooking
school, but they also have a restaurant where students can try their hand at
what it feels like to work in a real restaurant. It’s kind of like Style
Shop…except with food! With all the craziness with final exams and projects, it
was nice to take a breather and hang out with everyone before winter break.
Check out our pictures below (including a picture of what is probably one of
the best pancakes I have ever had!).
